Essential “building block” in living organisms together with proteins, nucleic acids and sugars, LIPIDS take an increasing importance in biology, chemistry and physics. The 7th GERLI congress is intended to discuss the state of the art in all different domains, with particular emphasis in nutrition, health and industry. Sessions will contain theoretical as well as very applied approaches as introduced by world-wide recognized speakers.
